NUTRIENT ANALYSIS & nutrition facts PANEL DEVELOPMENT

The Everyday Table provides nutrient analysis for food products using the nation’s industry-standard database for nutritional analysis.  We then deliver an image file of an FDA compliant Nutrition Facts Panel for use on your label and/or website. Many Nutrition Facts Panel layouts (vertical, horizontal or linear) are available based on your overall label and package size.

LABEL COMPLIANCE REVIEW

If you have the primary components of a label put together but would like your label reviewed to ensure your label passes inspection and avoids the need for costly reprinting, The Everyday Table can help you. We will conduct a preliminary review your label and provide you with a report that includes what components of your label do not meet current regulations and recommendations on how to make the needed alterations. We then complete a final label review after alterations are made. 

INGREDIENT STATEMENT

An ingredient statement is a required component on all food labels but can often be a source for non-compliance. Ensure your ingredient statement meets the requirements and properly identifies all applicable allergens with proper descriptors according to the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act.

NUTRIENT CONTENT CLAIMS

Nutrient content and health claims are often desired by many food manufactures to highlight the nutritional quality of their product and to attract attention from health-conscience consumers.  Unfortunately, if used incorrectly, they can be an easy target for inspectors or FDA regulators. Avoid receiving a publicly available warning letter, costly reprinting or associated fees by working with The Everyday Table for your label claims. We will review your product nutritionally and provide you with applicable nutrition content and health claims that could be used on your package or other marketing materials. We can also provide guidance in other related label statements such as all-natural, GMO-free, organic, etc.
